Change in Cometary Science Newsletter Content Policy

The Cometary Science Newsletter is dedicated to furthering cometary science, which includes facilitating efficient, timely, and comprehensive communications within the community. However, published paper abstracts will no longer be considered in-scope content for the Newsletter. Although they have formed the majority of the content in the Newsletter, they represent a small sample of the abstracts published each year, suggesting that the community can efficiently share and discover relevant papers by other means. The Newsletter will continue to publish PhD thesis abstracts, comet notes, conference announcements, job advertisements, letters to the editor, and other scientific communications, provided they are relevant to cometary science.
